  • I am the dependent child of a living, retired or deceased member of one of the five armed services (Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard), or the Reserve or National Guard components of one of these services

  • I have signed the application

  • My high school College Board Code # (if available) is on the application

  • I have kept a copy of my application and essay
